Well my back has gone .. where it has gone too I'll never know. There I was innocently bending down yesterday and hey presto my back reminded me of its significance. It is so sore..... but at least I can catch up with paper work and service planning as that doesn't involve too much physical activity. It is a good job I gave up pot holing and bungee jumping for lent..
