So he set off and went to his father. But while he was still far off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion; he ran and put his arms around him and kissed him.

To reflect on....
Even when I don’t deserve to be welcomed, God embraces me into his family. It is all grace – all undeserved, unending grace.

For your abounding love and grace to me, my wonderful God, I worship you and offer you my life. Amen.
